Tips for Customizing Your Account
We’re so glad to have you as a part of the Seasonal Roots community, and we hope you’ve been enjoying our fresh, local produce and artisan goods! Beyond the convenience of home delivery, we want to ensure managing your deliveries is also convenient and flexible! Below, please find some basic steps to help you manage your membership. We’ll provide information about how to:
- Choose or change your default box size (Easy $29.50, Family $39.50, or Veggie Lover $45.50)
- Select delivery frequency (weekly or biweekly deliveries)
- Skip a delivery
- Schedule skips in advance
First step is to log-in to your account using the link here.
Next, go to the purple gear icon in the upper right and select “Delivery Preferences” from the drop down menu. You will see the screen below (minus the notes and comments of course).
Choose your Default Box Size
You can set your default box size in the menu above. Each box size allows for unlimited “swaps” within it. So, even in the case of a “Veggie Lover” box you don’t have to just get veggies. You can choose to swap out for a variety of items including: other produce options, coffee, baked goods and dairy. Also, remember when you place your order each week you can change to either a smaller or larger box option.
Select Weekly or Biweekly Deliveries
Your membership includes weekly deliveries but if it suits your household better, you can select bi-weekly deliveries. It is easy to make that selection using the menu above. Be sure to click save changes. If you select biweekly you’ll see that the dates will turn white to show which week is a skip week.
Skip a Delivery
If you’d like to skip the coming week only, log in when the market is open and simply click on the purple “skip this week” button at the bottom of the screen. All skips need to be received before 11:59pm on Sunday. If the skip is not entered, your default box will be delivered.
Schedule Skips in Advance
If you know in advance that you have plans to travel, you can log in and schedule skips up to 12 weeks in advance. You can always “unskip” if your schedule changes. If the button is white, then you’ve skipped the delivery. If it’s green then you will be receiving a delivery.
Be sure to click save changes when you are done with your selections.
