How to Place Your Seasonal Roots Order

Your market is open Friday 2pm-11:59pm Sunday.

Each week, we have nearly 200 items available on the Seasonal Roots online farmers market. On Friday, you’ll receive a Market Open Email at 2pm that highlights which seasonal produce, new artisan goods and bundles are available.

In order to make ordering easy and speedy, each box comes pre-filled with local produce. You can select from 3 box sizes each week.

  • Easy Box ($29.50) = 5 types of seasonal produce
  • Family Box ($39.50) = 8 types of seasonal produce
  • Veggie Lover Box ($45.50) = 11 types of seasonal produce

Customize!

You can keep the box as is or swap out items with a variety of other choices including other produce, coffee, baked goods and dairy.

  1. A “Swap Item” button is available next to each box item. When clicked, a popup will appear with your options
  2. Select the item you prefer
  3. You can replace one or all items in your box
  4. If you want to replace all items in your box, click “Customize it here” below the produce options to create the box from scratch

With Seasonal Roots, you know where your food is coming from. Next to each item, you have an option to view more information about:

  • each item on the menu
  • your local farmer and artisan

We offer a wide variety of unique artisan goods and other specialty items. There’s something new every week. All items are made fresh by local artisans and small businesses. Be sure to read the Market Open Email on Fridays so you don’t miss out on anything new!

Unique, locally prepared items appear in tabs at the bottom of the menu including hummus and spreads, artisan goods, pet treats, coffee, salsa and dips.

A variety of everyday essentials are offered every week including: dairy, baked goods, gluten-free items, additional produce, meats, seafood, plant proteins and prepared foods.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the green “Save And Review My Order” button.

YOU MUST CLICK “SAVE AND REVIEW.” You will be sent a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been placed and a list of what you ordered. If you make a change to your order, you’ll have to save and review again. You will receive a second email for the updated order.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, the order wasn’t placed. You’ll need to Log back into your account and re-submit your order.

When the menu is open, you can edit your order.

You can make as many changes as you want until 11:59pm on Sunday night.

To update your basket, click on the purple “EDIT MY ORDER” at the button of the order summary page. This will re-open your order, taking you back to the Market Page.

ALWAYS CLICK “SAVE AND REVIEW”!

Each time you save your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, the order wasn’t placed or edited. You’ll need to Log back into your account and re-submit your order.
