Grass-Fed and Pasture Raised Meats
At the heart of many celebrations is a beautiful centerpiece that commands
the table and makes mouths water. This year’s pre-order menu features several exceptional cuts of meat sourced from farmers who prioritize responsible, sustainable practices.
Lamb is a classic choice for Easter dinner and spring celebrations, and our selection includes standout cuts like the Boneless Lamb Leg Roast from Firsthand Foods, a tender and flavorful roast that makes an impressive yet simple main dish. For an extra elegant presentation, the Frenched Lamb Rib Rack from Sunrise Farm
offers beautifully trimmed chops that are perfect for entertaining.
If lamb isn’t your tradition, we also offer other holiday favorites. The Grass-Fed Beef Brisket from Firsthand Foods is ideal for smoking, braising, or slow roasting and delivers rich flavor thanks to cattle raised entirely on pasture. For an easy holiday centerpiece, the Petite City Ham is fully cooked, brined, and smoked— just heat and serve for a tender, smoky main dish!

To complement your main dish, we’ve partnered with Leek & Thistle to offer chef-prepared sides and entertaining essentials that make hosting simple and fun.
The Spring Fixins Kit includes three different seasonal dishes: creamy Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes with garlic confit, a vibrant Spring Vegetable & Herb Polenta filled with asparagus and peas, and a Mediterranean Vegetable Bake simmered in aromatic tomato sauce and topped with feta.
