Spring Preorder Cooking Instructions

Boneless Petite City Ham

    • Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the ham in a baking dish, then pour ¼ cup of water into the bottom of the dish. Cover tightly with foil to keep the moisture in. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (or just shy of it for a slightly juicier result). Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving!

Entertaining Kit

    • Ready-to-Bake Stuffed Brie
Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Remove the brie from its plastic wrapper, and bake it frozen at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and puffed. Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before serving to avoid burning your mouth! Pair it with Swedish gingersnap crackers for a delicious bite.
    • Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Keep frozen and defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
Once defrosted, place the dip into an oven-safe dish and bake in a 350°F oven for about 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbling (target a temperature of 165°F).

Spring Fixins Kit

    • Spring Vegetable & Herb Polenta
      Keep frozen.
Remove the lid and transfer the polenta to an oven-safe pan. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30–35 minutes, until hot and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve warm!
    • Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes
Keep frozen and defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
Once defrosted, heat in a 350°F oven for 25–35 minutes until they’re golden and reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Perfectly creamy and smooth!
    • Mediterranean Vegetable Bake
Keep frozen and defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
Bake in a 350°F oven for about 25–30 minutes, or until heated through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve and enjoy the vibrant flavors!

Blueberry Casserole

    • Keep frozen, but allow 24 hours to defrost in the refrigerator before baking.
Once defrosted, bake in a 375°F oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and puffed. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat!
