Shrimp & Feta Greek Pasta


  • 1 package fresh fettuccine
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup Greek seed blend
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic Chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional additional ingredients from your veggie box:

  • Assorted vegetables like zucchini, cherry tomatoes, spinach, or any other veggies you have on hand


  1. Prepare the Shrimp: In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Cook the Fettuccine: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fresh fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked fettuccine with the cooked shrimp, crumbled feta cheese, and toasted Greek seed blend. Add the Greek Seed Blend and any additional roasted veggies from your veggie box. Top with olive oil and chopped Garlic Chives. Enjoy!
