Getting started is simple. Sign in to your account and select Rewards from the menu in the upper-right corner. From there, you can access your referral link, track your earned market credits, and redeem rewards on future Seasonal Roots orders.

As the referrer, your market credit can be spent on all the fresh, local food and artisan goods you love from the Seasonal Roots online farmers market. That’s $45 toward your favorites every time a friend you refer joins Seasonal Roots and places their first order.
Can I stack multiple Rewards?
Yes! Rewards can be combined, so each successful referral adds to your credit balance. For example, two completed referrals equal $90 in market credit.
Do my Rewards expire?
Market credits are valid for 12 months from the date they’re issued.
How do you keep the Rewards Program fair for everyone?

The Rewards Program is designed for genuine referrals—members sharing Seasonal Roots with friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers who are new to our community.
To keep the program fair, rewards may be reviewed or adjusted if referral activity appears outside the program guidelines, including:
- Creating multiple accounts for the same person
- Attempting to earn rewards through duplicate or unintended signups
- Using referral links for business, affiliate, paid promotional, or bulk-distribution purposes
If we notice unusual activity, we’ll reach out first. Continued misuse may result in reward adjustments or removal from the program.
My referral link isn’t working for a friend. What should I do?
Each referral requires a unique, fresh link for proper tracking.
For proper tracking, share a new referral link directly from your Rewards page each time you invite someone.
To copy your link:
- Sign in to your Seasonal Roots account
- Visit your Rewards page
- Click Copy Link or use the email referral option
